Amy & Ciaran
I am delighted to share the Chowder Bay Wedding of Amy & Ciaran. A beautiful ceremony held at one of my favourite locations in Sydney, The Mint. Followed by a ferry ride over to Ripples Chowder Bay for the reception. These two found me through the wonderful Wedshed and a fellow photographer friend Lina Hayes.
Amy and Ciaran really just wanted a wonderful celebration with their close family and friends. The Mint provided a gorgeous historical back drop for the ceremony and a spot for cake, a speech and post ceremony celebration. We took photos on the grounds at The Mint whilst the guests made their way to the ferry at Circular Quay.
The ferry ride was a great chance for everyone to catch up and enjoy the beautiful Sydney Harbour whilst putting our way to Chowder Bay. We captured a few more photos along the Chowder Bay wharf and around the old sheds before the reception kicked off. The whole evening was one big party. There was lots of merry laughter, fantastic speeches and a rocking dance floor. As the night came to an end the rain started to pour. A sparkler send off and dash through the rain made for a dramatic end to a beautiful wedding.
Like all my blog posts, I have showed the story of the day in full. I definitely recommend having a cup of coffee by your side as you look through.
