Katie & Martin - Secret Creek Lithgow Wedding

A Lithgow Wedding.. at a wildlife sanctuary named Secret Creek with roaming animals (including Emu’s)? I had to pinch myself when Katie & Martin described the location they had planned for their wedding. We totally hit it off at our initial meeting, and their vision for the wedding day, how they wanted it to unfold and the interaction and enjoyment of the guests just sounded amazing.

It surely lived up to the vision they had, with some beautiful weather on the day, the amazing location (including the natural amphitheater), gorgeous light, some inquisitive animals (including an emu who seemingly liked to hunt down glasses of red wine) and a good party to boot. We hung around until night fall, letting the party kick on into the night. On the way home we ducked past the Blast Furnace just one more time to shoot some closing/night shots to cap off what was a great day.
