Willow Farm Wedding, Berry NSW
For some, a DIY farm property is exactly what you want for your wedding. Whether you roll up your sleeves and organise everything yourself or hire a fabulous wedding planner and/or wedding stylist – the lush greenery of NSW South Coast and particularly Berry is ideal. It makes perfect sense if you don’t have your own private family farm to host an epic marquee wedding underneath the stars.

Why I Recommend This Venue As A Wedding Photographer
Variety is the spice of life and I love that Willow Farm has plenty of locations and options at your disposal. Whether you want to get married in front of the dam, the dairy or down by the creek you can pick a spot that resonates with you and your guests.
The accommodation on site is just a beautiful place to be. The old dairy is now available as a private room and space and the original farm house is just divine. With lots of little nooks and crannies to explore and enjoy as you get ready and spend your wedding weekend at the farm. It’s especially beautiful for those ‘getting ready’ photos before your wedding ceremony.
I love a beautiful blank canvas to interpret and make it your own. Willow Farm is just diving and the old shed is perfect to convert into your dining area or even dance arena. You could do long tables outside under festoon lights and the stars, or a clear marquee to bring the outside in.
How To Get The Most Out Of Your Willow Farm Wedding
- Make sure you dedicate enough time to be able to go to multiple locations whilst on site at Willow Farm. There are a plethora of beautiful photo spots to make the most of.
- I especially love autumn on the South Coast and especially in Berry. Where you have the warm days and the cool nights, especially great weather for a wedding day (not to mention the colours).
- The best time of the day for wedding photography is as the sun starts to set. Therefore, when the timeline for the day is being worked out, I will always insist we get out for photos around then.
- There are some amazing local wedding vendors (such as florists, stylists, caterers and wedding celebrants) that service the area. I am more than happy to recommend my favourites.
